FIFA has confirmed 16 host cities for the 2026 World Cup. These 16 cities from Canada, Mexico and the US were announced in a press conference from New York.
For the first time in history, the World Cup will be held in three different countries. This is also the first World Cup in which 48 teams participate, instead of the original 32.
